Deposit & Refund Terms

1. The Deposit

A refundable deposit reserves the unit when you claim a drop. The deposit amount is stated at the time of claim. [Placeholder]

2. How the Deposit Is Held

Deposits are paid directly to TruckDrop24. Instructions are sent by email on form submission, or provided by a Sales Executive. The deposit stops the clock and reserves the unit for you until inspection day.

3. Full Refund Conditions

• The truck materially does not match the listing or inspection report.
• Title or documentation issues are discovered at handover.
• Other conditions per the deposit agreement.
