THE PROCESS

Four Steps. No Surprises.

No haggling. No auction games. Just verified trucks at wholesale, dropped on a clock.

  1. 01·

    Inspected & Verified

Every truck earns its spot on the grid before it ever goes live. It's inspected to the full DOT standard plus our own standard, its title and mileage are confirmed, and an honest condition report is put together — all before you ever see it. By the time a drop is live, the hard work of checking it out is already done. What you see on the listing is the verified truth, not a sales pitch.

  2. 02·

    The Drop Goes Live

When a truck drops, every buyer sees it at the same moment — the same truck, the same wholesale price, the same clock. There's no insider list, no early access, no back-channel deal. The countdown starts for everyone at once, and it runs for 24 hours. The fairest way to sell a truck at wholesale is to give everyone the exact same shot at it.

  3. 03·

    First Come, First Served

The first buyer to act gets the truck. Call us, reply to the drop email, or submit the form on the listing. To lock it in, you place a refundable deposit paid directly to TruckDrop24 — that reserves the unit and stops the clock for you. Submit the form and deposit instructions land in your inbox right away, or talk to a Sales Executive any time and they'll walk you through every step. No negotiating, no pressure — just claim it before someone else does.

  4. 04·

    Purchase & Delivery

Once your deposit reserves the truck, our sales experts work with you directly to close the deal. You verify the truck in person at the pickup location before anything is final. If it matches the listing — and it will — you complete the purchase and arrange delivery. If anything is off, you walk and your deposit comes back in full. The deposit isn't a gamble; it's just your place in line.

Why the Timer?

Wholesale pricing only works with fast turnover. The clock keeps it fair — every buyer sees the same truck at the same price, and the first to act wins. No back-channel deals, no "let me check with my manager." When the timer hits zero, the drop closes.
