The first buyer to act gets the truck. Call us, reply to the drop email, or submit the form on the listing. To lock it in, you place a refundable deposit paid directly to TruckDrop24.com - that reserves the unit and stops the clock for you. Submit the form and deposit instructions land in your inbox right away, or talk to a Sales Executive any time and they'll walk you through every step. No negotiating, no pressure - just claim it before someone else does. Have your funding lined up before you claim - the deposit locks the truck; your capital closes the deal.

Purchase & Delivery
Once your deposit reserves the truck, our sales experts work with you directly to close the deal. You verify the truck in person at the pickup location before anything is final. If it matches the listing - and it will - you complete the purchase and arrange delivery. If anything is off, you walk and your deposit comes back in full. The deposit isn't a gamble; it's just your place in line.
Wholesale pricing only works with fast turnover. The clock keeps it fair - every buyer sees the same truck at the same price, and the first to act wins. No back-channel deals, no "let me check with my manager." When the timer hits zero, the drop closes.

Verified Carriers Only
We don't buy from anonymous auction lots or unknown middlemen. Every truck on TruckDrop24.com is sourced from carriers with documented, regular maintenance programs and a clean operating history. Before a single unit is accepted, the seller is vetted and the truck's paper trail is confirmed. If we can't trace where a truck has been and how it was maintained, it doesn't make the grid.
Layer 1 · The Federal DOT Standard
Every truck must first pass a full DOT inspection under the federal standard (49 CFR Part 396, Appendix A) - the same standard that governs every commercial truck on U.S. roads. It's performed by a qualified, independent inspector, and it's the floor, not the ceiling.
A truck that passes this inspection is, by federal definition, DOT Ready. Brakes alone account for roughly a third of all out-of-service findings - so this is where independent inspection matters most.
