A refundable deposit paid directly to TruckDrop24 reserves the unit. You inspect the truck on-site and either accept it or walk — if you walk, the deposit is refunded in full per our Deposit & Refund Terms.

If reality doesn't match the listing, you walk and your deposit is refunded in full. We'd rather lose a sale than burn a buyer.

How does the timer / first-come-first-served work?

Each drop has a single shared countdown. The first buyer to submit a valid claim and deposit wins the unit. Same price for everyone — no auction bidding.

Is my deposit refundable?

Yes, under the conditions in our Deposit & Refund Terms. Most commonly: if the truck doesn't match the listing on inspection, you get a full refund.

Where do I inspect the truck?

At a regional hub we'll confirm with you after you claim. Usually within a one-day drive of the unit's listed location.
